Grades and Transcripts

NOTE: At this time, the Admissions Office cannot accept requests for official transcripts through MYSwVCC.

To request an official transcript of your grades:

1. Complete the Transcript Request Form (PDF format) or write a document containing:
your full name, SSN, EMPLID, dates of attendance, college name and address to send the transcript and your signature.

2. Submit it to the Admissions Office.

There is no charge for the transcript.

For more information about transferring your courses, you may talk to a transfer specialist or use the online tools available on the Transfer Information Page.

The Transfer Pages (PDF Document) will give you information about courses accepted at each college with which SwVCC has transfer agreements. 

If you want to view your unofficial transcript from all terms, follow the steps below.

LOGIN to MYSwVCC >Select Student Information System >Click on Self Service> Click on Academic Records >Click on View Unofficial Transcript >Select the Institution >Select the report type  >Unofficial Transcript >Click on GO

Your full transcript will display to view/print.

View Grades

LOGIN to MYSwVCC > Select Student Information System >Click on Self Service >Click on Academic Records >Click on View My Grades >Select the term for the grades you want to view.

Your course grade history will display for that term.
