Virginia Rider Training Program
Motorcycle Rider Courses

Registration Information

You can get on the road to high performance through the Motorcycle Rider Course:  Riding and Street Skills (MRC:RSS) class or the Experienced Rider Course (ERC) class offered by the Virginia Rider Training Mobile Program.

Beginning Rider CLASS MEETS (1 credit): $81.65- In state tuition

Tuition is subject to change due to State-level decisions.

Due to the demanding nature of the course, 20-hours are required to administer the course with time being allocated to breaks and lunch.

Items require for course:

-Full finger gloves
-Eye protection
-Sturdy over the ankle foot protection (boots)
-Long Pants (denim is best)
-Long sleeve shirt or jacket
-Three-quarter helmet (if bringing your own helmet with shield or sun glasses)
-Rain Gear (in case it rains)
-Lunch for Saturday and Sunday
