APPLYING FOR ADMISSION TO ALLIED HEALTH
The Health Care Program Application OCT, Radiography, Respiratory Care or Nursing with documentation of all program admission requirements must reach the SwVCC Admissions Office by January 15 for acceptance into Occupational Therapy, Radiography, Respiratory Care, and Nursing (on-campus and off-campus programs.)
Required application materials include:
-completed application forms (for applicants who have not been
previously enrolled at SwVCC);
-high school transcript;
-transcript of any previous college work;
-GED results, if applicable;
-copy of LPN license, if applicable; and
-completion of the ASSET or COMPASS Examination.
