If your business or industry is new or expanding, look to SwVCC for guidance, counseling, and support services. SwVCC works cooperatively with the Virginia Department of Economic Development Workforce Services Program to train and retrain Virginians for specific employment opportunities. The program is completely state funded and is designed to reduce the human resource development costs of new and expanding companies throughout the Commonwealth.
